It's happening!!

It seems like my life is actually beginning this year. Other than my modeling dream (which is also moving properly this year!!), the only thing i've ever wanted is to travel... Now, those of you who know me personally know that this was impossible for me, until last year. May last year was the first time I could travel out of Sabah since my arrival when I was just 7 years old. My 1st trip? Kuala Lumpur!

It was amazing to finally be able to fly, and since then I travelled at least 3 more times to KL until I decided to move here in March 2010. But now the best part is, since I have my passport (July 2010), plans to actually travel around and out of the country are finally materialising! Today, I fly back to Sabah to attend my dear 'brother's' wedding.. No, not Oliver! my 'k go', step-brother, 'adopted' brother, or however you may acknowledge it.. Joshua Wong, congratulations! I'm so happy to have been able to be there for your big day, and I wish you and your wife, Josephine a blessed life ahead of you.. =)

I'll be flying back to KL at the end of the month, then maybe continuing on a roadtrip to Malacca with a few friends.. In October, hoy Manila, as I get to go to the capital of the Phillipines with Moezik Events, then on to Singapore for a couple of days to spend some long awaited time with my S'Mal!! Phew..!!

I'm looking forward to these trips, and hopefully the new adventures to be had - I love visiting new places and being the tourist! There's also Thailand to go, to visit Annie and Chris Suwanmalee, friends I made this year, and hopefully in the near future, ENGLAND!! Now that would be a busy trip.. Family, my childhood best friend Vicky, one of my best friends who moved from Sabah Katherine and who knows who else!! =D

So all in all, yes, the traveller in me may be happy yet! There are so many places to visit, so little time (and money)! So in the meantime, I am making it a point to visit as many different places, restaurants, and also events that are possible.. The experience is worth it, and at the end of the day, hey, at least I can say I've been huh? ;p

Til next time,
Your soon-to-be tourist, coming to a town near you!
